The restaurant and staff were surprisingly good and staff helpful.

The way everything, parking, internet, water, etc. is extra. We paid $25 for two 30 second phone calls.

Helpful staff, good restaurant, nice Koi pond. Rooms and bathrooms fairly small with no extras. You pay for everything other than your room, from the internet to parking to ridiculous long distance rates, even to a cell phone. ...read more

No hot tub. Had to go next door to the Westin.

At check in they said that I had requested a smoking room. The only non-smoking room was a room with a Murphy Bed and a roll away, which I accepted. It was a huge room (1000 sq/ft), but it had a large conference table on one side. No coffee in the room either. It also had a nice sitting area with a leather couch and chair.
